Giving Tuesday is a national day of giving fueled by the power of social media and collaboration! Flagler College has been challenged by a donor to secure donations from 175 people in one day. If this goal is achieved, we will unlock a special $5,000 grant. Please make a gift today of any size and share this campaign with your friends and family and ask them to support our students and programs today.

One area you can support today is the Women of Vision Endowed Scholarship. The Women of Vision Endowed Scholarship was established in 2015 by the Women of Vision Advisory Board to create educational and leadership opportunities for female students. With a focus on student achievement and "paying it forward," the Women of Vision Scholarship recognizes exceptional students who are actively involved in community service work or campus activities. To qualify, a student must be a rising junior or senior, must demonstrate financial need, and must be actively involved in campus activities or volunteer work. Preference will be given to students with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and letters of recommendation are encouraged.

Description

Giving Tuesday is today and we need your help! There is no better time to give than today because your gift, of any size, will help us unlock a special $5,000 challenge grant. We need just 175 people to give on Tuesday, December 3rd to receive this grant. Please make sure to give today and then share this campaign on social media, via text message, or by email. Help us spread the word about this challenge. With your help, we will be able to greatly increase support for our students and programs. Thank you!

Donations are applied to...

The Women of Vision Endowed Scholarship Fund. A goal of the Women of Vision Fund is to teach both donors and scholarship recipients that paying it forward is a way of life and has a positive impact on the College, the community, and the nation at large. Young women who attend Flagler College will be empowered to make a difference by both receiving and giving. The Women of Vision scholarship recipients at Flagler College experience opportunities which shapes their lives to be the next generation of leaders.

Why are donations necessary?

Flagler College relies on gifts from donors like you to fund scholarships, improvements to facilities, faculty assistance, and support of our programs. The cost of tuition alone doesn't cover the needs of our students and with your help, we can provide an excellent academic experience for our students.
