Help give Flagler students the opportunity to be real archaeologists!
As part of a 6-week summer archaeological field school, students will excavate the Powhatan Indian town of Kiskiak, located near Yorktown, Virginia. The field research will focus on the history of human-environmental relationships in the Chesapeake estuary. Field visits to other archaeological sites, museums, and Indian reservations will be part of the class.
