Resident Advisors play a vital role in building that community by supporting their peers, organizing programs, and helping create welcoming residence halls where students can thrive.
Our Roar & Raise Goal
Supporting Student Leadership at Flagler College by sending a delegation of Resident Advisors to the LEAP Student Leadership Conference directly invests in the growth and leadership potential of our students.
LEAP provides a platform for student leaders in Residence Life to enhance leadership skills, participate in interactive workshops, and connect with peers from across Florida to build a strong professional network. Students gain valuable insights and inspiration to lead positive change on campus and beyond, then bring back new ideas that enrich our Flagler residential community.
Our goal is to raise $4,000 to help cover conference registration, travel, and lodging so our student leaders can take part in this impactful experience.
Why Your Support Matters
Fundraising support will have a direct and meaningful impact by giving our Resident Advisors access to leadership development opportunities with fellow student leaders across the state.
