St. Augustine Students for a Democratic Society
The St. Augustine Students for a Democratic Society (SDS) is a student organization run by and for students who are passionate about civic engagement and social change.
The organization provides a space for students to build community, discuss important issues, and organize around causes they care about while learning how advocacy and civic participation shape society.
Our Roar & Raise Goal
Our goal is to raise $2,000 to support student travel to the national Students for a Democratic Society convention this fall.
The convention brings together SDS chapters from across the country to share ideas, discuss advocacy strategies, and vote on goals for the organization.
Why Your Support Matters
Your support will help:
• Offset travel costs such as flights and lodging
• Allow more students to participate in the national convention
• Provide opportunities to learn from other student leaders
• Bring new ideas and strategies back to the Flagler community
By participating in the convention, students gain valuable leadership and civic engagement experience while connecting with peers from across the country.
Thank You
Thank you for supporting the St. Augustine Students for a Democratic Society. Your generosity helps provide students with opportunities to engage in meaningful dialogue, develop leadership skills, and participate in civic life.
